The Central Community Circle Food Pantry, founded in 2008, serves Davenport, IA residents, especially those south of 8th St. between Gaines and Division. It was created to address the void left by the John Lewis Food Pantry closing. With volunteers and donations, it partners with Riverbend Food Bank, bakeries, and grocery stores to provide nutritious food to families in need.
Mission
The Central Community Circle Food Pantry ensures the local community has access to a sufficient quantity of nutritious meals, playing an instrumental part in improving food insecurity each day. They provide for families in need through donations and the support of volunteers.
