Centro Latino, founded in 2002, serves at-risk families in Shelby and nearby counties in KY. It is a non-profit organization promoting civic engagement by educating, motivating, and helping them access support systems. Through partnerships, they increase access to information and resources, advocating for the underserved to achieve their American Dream. They offer education, advocacy, food, and clothing.
Mission
Centro Latino improves the lives of Latinos in Shelby, Spencer, Oldham, Trimble and Henry counties in Kentucky. They promote civic engagement by educating, motivating and helping them access trustworthy support systems to advance their prospects and achieve a part of the American Dream.
