CEPA Management Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2007, operates the Pell City Center for Education and Performing Arts. CEPA, a collaborative effort by Pell City Schools and the City of Pell City, provides a cultural venue for the community, enhances education, and fosters performing arts. It serves as a home for drama clubs across St. Clair County.
