About
Chamber Music Unbound, founded in 2003, brings outstanding classical music performances and education to Mono and Inyo Counties. CMU offers a winter concert series and summer festival. Its Music School provides after-school instrumental programs in Mammoth Lakes, Bishop and Lee Vining, enrolling over 120 students. CMU provides outreach events for schools and the community and offers scholarships to students.
Mission
Chamber Music Unbound provides outstanding classical music performances and music education to residents and visitors of Mono and Inyo Counties. They nurture community pride and offer accessible music education through scholarships and instrument loans.
