Charles Adams Studio Project (CASP) in Lubbock, TX, fosters a working artist community and engages the public with the arts. Founded by Charles Adams with support from Margaret Talkington, CASP acquires and renovates properties in the Lubbock Cultural Arts District to develop and sustain the arts.
