About
The Chatham Conservation Foundation (CCF), est. 1962, is Cape Cod's first private land trust. CCF preserves open space in Chatham through acquisition, stewardship, education, and advocacy. Protecting over 820 acres, CCF also holds conservation restrictions on 211 acres. They partner with other organizations and reintroduced town-wide Earth Day celebrations.

The Chatham Conservation Foundation preserves open space in perpetuity for the benefit of the people, plants, animals, and ecosystems of Chatham through acquisition, stewardship, education and advocacy.
