Chestnut Ridge Ambulance Association, founded in 2015, serves Bedford County, PA. It began in 1971 with concerned citizens creating a local ambulance service. They provide basic life support and emergency transport as a volunteer-based community service.
Mission
In 1971, a group of concerned citizens saw a need for a local ambulance service in the Alum Bank, PA rural area. Chestnut Ridge Ambulance Association is dedicated to providing quality emergency medical services to the Alum Bank and surrounding communities.
