About
The Chicago Dragons Athletic Association, est. 1972, began as a recreational basketball outlet for Chicago's Chinatown youth. It has grown to include hundreds of youth aged 12-55. Beyond basketball, they share Chinese culture through dragon and lion dances. They contribute significantly to Chinatown, coordinating the Lunar New Year Parade, Taste of Chinatown, and a cheer station for the Chicago Marathon.
Mission
The Chicago Dragons Athletic Association is an independent volunteer group promoting intramural athletic activities for the neighborhood youth throughout the Chicago area.
