The Childbirth Education Association of Cincinnati, est. 1950, prepares couples for childbirth. Founded by Richard T. Schmidt MD and Margaret (Peg) Schmidt RN, the nonprofit educates families on women's and infant's health, advocating for families on health issues during the child-bearing period.

Childbirth Education Association provides education to families based on their needs and interests in areas of women's and infant's health, advocating and educating families regarding health issues throughout the child-bearing period.
