The Children of China Pediatrics Foundation (CCPF), founded in 1998, is the sole US organization with volunteer medical teams delivering free multi-specialty surgery and rehabilitative care to children with complex disabilities in Chinese orphanages and needy families. They also provide medical education for professionals and caregivers.

Children's Cross-Border Pediatrics Foundation provides free surgeries and rehabilitation for disabled children with complex disabilities from underserved communities, while educating medical professionals and caregivers.
