The Children's Advocacy Center of Erie County, founded in 2002, ensures victims of abuse & their families feel safe telling their stories. They foster relationships between community systems responding to child abuse. The CAC provides a child-friendly space for investigative interviews, coordinates professionals involved in investigations, and offers referrals, education, & training to enhance child abuse investigation & prosecution. They also focus on prevention through programs like ACT Raising Safe Kids.
