About
Children's Literacy Network (CLN), founded in Ann Arbor in 1992, champions literacy by designing and implementing programs that provide equitable opportunities for children to develop a love of reading. CLN strives to close the reading achievement gap for low-income children in Washtenaw County. For 30 years, CLN has provided literacy programs to young readers, distributing more than a million dollars in new books.
Mission
CLN’s mission is to design and implement literacy-based programs to provide equitable opportunities for children to develop a love of reading and books. They are dedicated to closing the reading achievement gap.
