CIRCLE OF LOVE EMPOWERS WOMEN AND GIRLS INC, founded in 2010, operates as Ladies of Valor Empowerment (L.O.V.E.) and Youth of Valor Empowerment (Y.O.V.E.). L.O.V.E. empowers underprivileged women, including unemployed individuals and former inmates, to achieve self-sufficiency through education and resources. Y.O.V.E. focuses on career and college readiness for at-risk teenage girls, training them to become effective leaders.
