Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Career Improvement Program (CIP)
Offers up to $5,000 per fiscal year for vocational training, trade skills, and college degree tuition assistance.
Professional Enhancement Program (PEP)
Provides up to $2,000 per fiscal year for eligible state bargaining unit employees for professional development.
Les Best Scholarship Program
Helps OCSEA members and their families pay for college education, awarding a total of $12,000 annually.
