Affordable Housing Program
Provides low-cost housing to 17 low-income households in the historic Clarksville neighborhood in Austin. Rent is available to those earning no more than 60% of the area's median income.

The Clarksville Community Development Corporation (CCDC), est. 1978, preserves Clarksville's history, builds community, & provides affordable housing. Founded by neighborhood activists to combat gentrification, CCDC maintains diversity through its rental program, community events, & historic preservation efforts like the Hezikiah Haskell House museum.
