About
Clarksville Little Theatre (CLT), founded in 1947, began as a community project led by Julius Obermiller. With support from local organizations, CLT staged productions in school gyms before moving to the Clarksville Optimist Club. In 1951, the community raised funds to build a dedicated theatre. CLT continues to provide Southern Indiana and Metro Louisville with quality theatrical performances.
Mission
Clarksville Little Theatre began in 1947 and continues to provide Southern Indiana and the Metro Louisville Area with quality performances. It was a true community project with donations of time, work, and materials coming from the community.
