The Coalition, Inc., established in 2007 in Lufkin, TX, combats substance abuse in East Texas through education, research, and policy initiatives. They provide research on underage drinking and tobacco use, educate businesses for drug-free workplaces, and aim to reduce underage substance use by influencing public policy and promoting healthy choices.
Mission
The Coalition is a group of concerned citizens and parents in Angelina County intent on keeping the youth of their community drug and tobacco free. They spearhead movements, train youth, assist organizations, and conduct educational campaigns to reduce substance use.
