Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency (COCAA) helps low-income individuals and families in Seminole County avoid crisis and achieve self-sufficiency. Founded in 2011, COCAA meets emergency needs and provides supportive case management, partnering with other social service providers. COCAA is part of the Community Action movement dating back to 1964, locally managed with a volunteer board of directors.
