Color Me Empowered, founded in 2008 by Kristen Rice, empowers children and improves communities through visual arts education. Based in Dallas, TX, they focus on public art projects, working with school-aged children in out-of-school-time and in-school programs. They believe in the power of art to bring about positive change, completing over 30 public art projects and working with over 3,500 students.
