About
Colorado FutureTEK, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2011, provides IT and computer training to African American and underrepresented minority youth, helping them gain marketable skills and internships. They also offer basic computer training for senior citizens, bridging the digital divide. Their programs include SummerTEK, student internships, STEAM! for middle schoolers, and Silver Saturdays for seniors.
Mission
Colorado FutureTEK provides enrichment training and resources to help underrepresented minority youth obtain marketable skills in the IT and computer industry. They also elevate senior citizens by providing basic computer and smartphone training and assistance to increase their knowledge and comfort with technology.
