Community Health Services (CHS) began as a seasonal clinic for migrant workers in the late 1960s and has grown into a respected health system in Northwest Ohio. CHS offers medical, dental, and behavioral health services across eight locations. Accredited by the Joint Commission as a Primary Care Medical Home, CHS prioritizes quality care and customer service, serving generations of families.
