About
Community Education Project Inc., founded in 1999, promotes community awareness and knowledge about effective educational practices. Based in Holyoke, MA, CEP provides adult and family education, including ESOL, Spanish HiSET/GED classes, and digital literacy. Their mission is to promote equal access to education, jobs and healthcare for low-income members of the Puerto Rican and immigrant communities.
