They protect land, cultivate social diversity, and build economic resilience by ensuring permanent access, control, affordability, and stewardship of land for homes, farms, and businesses.

The Berkshire Community Land Trust ensures permanent access, control, affordability, and stewardship of land for homes, farms, and businesses by holding it on behalf of the community. They acquire working lands and develop land use plans to promote workforce housing, sustainable farming, and locally owned businesses.
