Community Partnership For Pets, founded in 2005, aims to reduce euthanasia of dogs and cats in North Carolina. They partner with counties to implement programs like low-cost vaccination clinics, microchip clinics, pet food assistance, and spay/neuter programs. Their work focuses on preventing unwanted litters, helping pets stay healthy with their families, and encouraging community support for local animal welfare agencies.
Mission
Community Partnership for Pets, Inc. (CPPI) became a nonprofit in August 2005. The founders started CPPI after spending over 30 years working with rescue organizations and seeing firsthand the tragic results of pet overpopulation in our state.
