Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), established in 1984, supports the families and co-workers of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. With over 80,000 members and 50 chapters nationwide, C.O.P.S. offers resources such as conferences, scholarships, peer support, counseling, summer camps, and retreats. They also provide training to law enforcement agencies on responding to the loss of an officer. Their mission is to rebuild the shattered lives of those left behind.
