ConnCASE, est. 1993, is a Connecticut-based association with over 200 members dedicated to improving the quality of special education in Connecticut. As a local chapter of the national CASE organization, ConnCASE supports exceptional children by promoting appropriate educational programs, strengthening administrative leadership, and encouraging research to improve special education and related services.
