The CT State Independent Living Council (SILC) sets the direction for Independent Living programs in CT, developing and monitoring a State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL).

Systems Advocacy
Through the CT Cross Disability Lifespan Alliance, the SILC advocates for policies and legislation that improve independent living opportunities across CT.
