The Construction Education Center (CEC), founded in 2007, enhances the construction industry's quality, safety, and competitiveness by providing standardized training and preparing individuals for employment. Located in Plainville, CT, the CEC offers apprenticeships in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal, plus professional development and continuing education for licensed plumbers and electricians.
