Founded in 1982, the Council of Graduate Students (COGS) is dedicated to representing, advocating for, and supporting graduate students at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Located at 300 Washington Ave SE Ste 202 in Minneapolis, MN, we strive to facilitate communication among students, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. Our mission is to empower graduate students, fostering a vibrant academic community where everyone can thrive.
Mission
The Council of Graduate Students (COGS) is the Recognized Student Governance Association (RSGA) at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus that represents, advocates for, informs, facilitates communications among, and supports Twin Cities graduate students.
