Covington Animal Rescue Effort (CARE), est. 2009, is a West Tennessee volunteer-based rescue. Partnering with Tipton County Animal Shelter, they've rescued over 4,000 dogs, focusing on finding loving homes through foster care and personalized adoptions. CARE's mission ensures dogs reach their forever families. They rely on foster homes to facilitate adoptions.
