About
The Crystal Lake Strikers Drumline, founded in 2007, provides a musical outlet for adult drummers and supports/educates young musicians. Starting with a single drumline, it has grown to include programs like the All-Stars, Convergence Winterguard, Girls on the Drum, Crystal Lake Thunder, and Kingpins, impacting over 300 students in the Chicago suburbs. The Strikers aim to foster creativity and build confidence through percussion instruction.
Mission
The Crystal Lake Strikers is a performing arts organization with eight performing ensembles and over 150 students. They have drumlines for third grade through college age, a winter color guard and two ensembles for people with special needs.
