Dance for the Cure, founded in 2013, is a 100% volunteer-run NJ nonprofit supporting breast cancer patients in Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, and Somerset counties. Founded by Kathleen Cirioli and Joanne Liscovitz, it began as a dance-based awareness program and evolved into a charity that has gifted over $1 million to those in need. Their annual Ribbons of Hope fundraiser and community initiatives like Tie the Town Pink help fund their mission.
Mission
Dance for the Cure helps women who are in financial need during their breast cancer journey by providing direct financial assistance. They are committed to the prevention and cure of breast cancer through the celebration of dance and are a 100% volunteer organization.
