Darien Boat Club, est. in the late 1940s, offers Darien residents a protected anchorage with easy access to Long Island Sound. With over 700 members, it provides slips for 250 boats (dinghies to 28' power/sailboats), launch service, racks for kayaks, a gas dock, and hosts seasonal parties.
