The David Heller Foundation, est. 2006, promotes heart health in teen athletes and educates on Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). It funds research, sponsors cardiac screenings (over 42,000 teens screened), donates AEDs to schools (over 390 donated), and awards scholarships. Mission: Prevention, Prediction, and Preparedness for teen heart health.
Mission
Established in 2006, the David Heller Foundation honors David's memory by promoting teen heart health and educating the public on Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). The foundation focuses on prevention, prediction, and preparedness regarding HCM, the leading cause of death in teen athletes.
