Debs Dogs is a dog rescue service in Lima, OH, dedicated to providing veterinary care and rehabilitation for neglected, abused, and injured dogs. Founded in 2008, they partner with Oakwood Correctional Facility, where inmates train and socialize the rescued dogs, increasing their chances of adoption.
