Founded in 1974, The Barn on Baseline (DeKalb County Animal Welfare League) rescues dogs and cats that no one else will help. They provide shelter for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, seeking permanent homes for them. Open 365 days a year, their dedicated staff cares for over 120 animals daily through hard work and dedication.

For over 50 years, The Barn on Baseline, operating as DeKalb County Animal Welfare League, has rescued dogs and cats that no one else is willing to help, dedicating their love and hard work to the animals.
