VFW National Home for Children
Provides funds for upkeep of playgrounds and equipment for veterans and their families residing at the VFW National Home for Children.
Veteran Support Services
Raises money to provide funerals, Bibles, food, and transportation to veterans, and visits veterans who are hospitalized.

The Department of Illinois VFW Auxiliary, founded in 2010, is dedicated to serving veterans, military personnel, and their families. Members volunteer to instill patriotism and assist active duty military, veterans, and their families. Programs include Americanism, Auxiliary Outreach, Buddy Poppy/National Home, Hospital support, and Veterans and Family Support.
