The DEPT OF GEORGIA LADIES AUXILIARY TO THE VFW supports veterans, active-duty military, and their families. Members, who have direct family relationships to veterans, volunteer to instill patriotism and pride. They focus on Americanism, loyalty, and securing liberty. Programs include Americanism, Auxiliary Outreach, Buddy Poppy, hospital visits, legislative action, scholarships, and family support.
Mission
The VFW Auxiliary Department of Georgia's mission is fraternal, patriotic, historical, charitable, and educational; they assist the Posts and members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and their own members, maintaining allegiance to the Government and fostering patriotism.
