The Domestic Violence & Abuse Center, Inc. (DVAC), founded in 1982, serves Walsh, Pembina, and Cavalier Counties in Northeastern North Dakota. DVAC's mission is to heal, educate, and empower survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault by providing free, confidential services.
