About
Dos Pueblos Little League has served the Goleta community since 1974. Beginning with games at Goleta Valley Jr. High, they built their own fields and then moved to Girsh Park in 1997. For two decades, community leaders Lester and Viola Girsh generously hosted the league for a dollar a year. Today, the league continues to provide baseball programs for the youth of Goleta.
Mission
Dos Pueblos Little League aims to instill good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority in the children of the community, fostering well-adjusted, stronger, and happier individuals who will grow into decent, healthy, and trustworthy citizens.
