The E EUGENE CARTER FOUNDATION supports undergraduate students, prioritizing Hispanic women in engineering and technical education at US colleges. Emphasis is on students with financial need, first-generation college attendees, and those at public universities (primarily in the Midwest) with engineering programs. The foundation was created by E. Eugene Carter & Rita Rodriguez.
Mission
The EEC Foundation supports almost 500 undergraduate engineering students by repaying their federal need-based student loans upon graduation.
