The E. Kneale Dockstader Foundation, established in 2003, supports educational, charitable, and scientific activities that enhance the natural environment in southern Chester County. Named for E. Kneale Dockstader, former Chairman of SECCRA, the foundation provides grants for environmental projects and scholarships to local high school seniors pursuing environmental studies. Since 2011, they've actively promoted environmental activities through grants and scholarships.
