Easements Atlanta, est. 1984, is a nonprofit that accepts donations of facade easements to preserve architecturally significant buildings in metro Atlanta. Formed by the Atlanta Preservation Center, Atlanta History Center, and the City of Atlanta, they protect over 40 historic properties.
