About
East Hampton Nursery School (founded 1968) offers child-centered, hands-on programs for 3 and 4-year-olds. As East Hampton's only dedicated preschool (not a daycare), EHNS provides activities that foster growth and development. It is a non-profit, licensed by CT, and run by a volunteer Board of Directors.
Mission
For over 55 years, East Hampton Nursery School has provided activities enabling children to grow and develop using a child-centered, hands-on approach. The school provides a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where each child develops their own gifts and abilities.
