About
The East Sixties Neighborhood Association (ESNA), est. 1991, advocates for residents in NYC's Upper East Side (E 60s). ESNA began by opposing a parking facility and evolved into a forum addressing quality-of-life issues. ESNA's activities include tree pruning, graffiti removal, street fairs, and children's events. It is funded by membership dues, contributions, and grants.
Mission
The East Sixties Neighborhood Association promotes a better community through group action, representing residents, merchants, and institutions. ESNA addresses issues affecting the quality of life, working with other neighborhood groups, city agencies, and elected officials to achieve these goals.
