The Effingham Preservation Society, established in 1999, is dedicated to preserving the historic buildings and landmarks of Effingham, NH. As a 501(c)(3) organization, they work to maintain Effingham's rural character. The Society is the Fiscal Agent of the Historic Town Hall Project, aiming to restore the historic Effingham Town Hall-Library by Effingham's 250th anniversary in 2028.
