The Elk Creek Watershed Council, serving Oregon's Umpqua Basin since 2003, unites landowners and partners to enhance fish habitat and water quality. They prepare and implement watershed action programs, improve environmental integrity and economic stability, and foster community understanding. The council encourages responsible land stewardship and promotes public awareness of watershed processes through restoration, planning, and various projects.
