The Elwood Chamber of Commerce, established in 1936 as the Elwood Industrial Bureau, evolved to promote local business and industry. Originally focused on attracting new businesses, it became the Elwood Chamber of Commerce in 1946. The Women’s Council, formed in 1949, supported civic projects and welcomed new families. The Chamber continues to support the Elwood community through events and economic development.

The Elwood Chamber of Commerce supports and champions the local community by promoting economic growth, advocating responsible government, and building solid foundations for a future that is bright and rewarding for all.
