The Erie Kennel Club, the tenth oldest all-breed member club of the AKC and the oldest in Pennsylvania, promotes purebred dogs and sportsmanlike competition. As a 501(c)(4) nonprofit, they conduct sanctioned matches, conformation shows, and performance events under AKC rules, offering training, trials, and shows to encourage companionship and sportsmanship.
