ESCALA Initiative Inc, founded in 2011, empowers disadvantaged entrepreneurs, primarily women, in impoverished communities worldwide. Through its Business School and Capacity Building Program, ESCALA provides education and resources to help them become profitable and self-sufficient. Over 1500 entrepreneurs have participated, with many experiencing significant increases in sales and profits and creating new jobs.
Mission
ESCALA Initiative empowers disadvantaged entrepreneurs and artisans, the majority of whom are women, living in poverty around the world by providing basic business education and the tools to build a better future.
